Parent Skills Group

For when you need to get well and stay well.

Parent Skills Group

Parenting can feel overwhelming, even when you’re doing your very best. The Parent Skills Group is designed to give caregivers practical, compassionate tools to strengthen communication and connection at home. Grounded in the well‑known How to Talk So Kids Will Listen and Listen So Kids Will Talk approach, this group helps parents learn skills that make everyday interactions calmer, clearer, and more collaborative. Together, we’ll focus on strategies that support emotional regulation, reduce power struggles, and build stronger parent‑child relationships.

This eight‑session program meets weekly for 80 minutes and provides a supportive space to learn, practice, and grow alongside other parents. Each session is $150, and the full course is $1,200 per family. Whether you’re navigating challenging behaviors, hoping to improve communication, or simply wanting to feel more confident in your parenting, this group offers guidance you can use right away and carry forward long after the program ends.
