Yes! All the treatments I provide are evidence-based, meaning that they are supported by empirical research and clinical studies demonstrating their effectiveness. These therapies are built on a foundation of scientific evidence rather than anecdotal or theoretical claims. Some of the evidence based treatments that I provide are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Written Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. They are tailored to the needs of the individual to maximize positive outcomes. The focus is on measurable improvement and sustained gains.

Anxiety symptoms are tracked via the Beck Anxiety Inventory.
OCD symptoms are tracked via the Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale.
The results of these measures guide treatment choices to ensure that patients are experiencing the symptom reduction they need.

Individual treatment begins with an initial evaluation session (50 minutes, $300) and generally lasts for 12 to 14 weekly sessions, each 50 minutes. However, there is variability. Some conditions (including OCD) require twice weekly sessions while other conditions (including PTSD) can be completed on just five sessions — which can be completed over the course of one week. Further, some sessions last a little longer, at 80 minutes per session.
Following your initial evaluation session, we will have a clear idea about the duration and schedule of your treatment plan.
Group CBT lasts for 10 weeks. Each weekly session lasts for 80 minutes and is $150 per session. The total cost is $1,500.
The Parent Skills Group lasts 8 weeks (80 minutes each) with 1 session per week. The total cost is $1,200 per family, ($150 per session).

No. But that doesn’t mean insurance won’t pay for your treatment!
I am an out of network provider which means that the full fee for service is due at the time of the appointment. If you choose, you may of course submit claims to your insurance company. I will provide you with service bills (super bills) and claim forms that have everything you need to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The amount covered by your insurance company will vary depending upon your plan.

To ensure fairness and availability for all patients, I require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you do not provide 24 hours' notice, I reserve the right to charge you for the missed session.
